TERMS FOR USING EMOTIA US
Terms
The rules that apply to use of the U.S. site during its current pre-launch stage.
1. Using the site
By using Emotia US, you agree to use the site lawfully and not to interfere with its security, functionality, content, or other users.
2. Pre-launch content
Product concepts, prices, availability, delivery coverage, preparation times, and features shown during pre-launch may change before live ordering. A page or design preview does not create a binding offer or order.
3. Emotia content
The Emotia name, logo, site design, original graphics, photographs, text, and original cookie designs are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. They may not be copied, republished, or used commercially without permission.
4. Customer-provided content
If a customer later submits names, text, images, logos, or design references for personalization, the customer is responsible for having the right to use that material. Emotia may decline material that appears unlawful, infringing, abusive, unsafe, or inconsistent with the service.
5. Purchases
Once checkout is activated, purchases will also be governed by the posted Order Policies, product-specific terms, confirmed design details, price, delivery method, and payment terms shown or agreed at checkout.
6. Availability and interruptions
Emotia may modify, pause, restrict, or discontinue site features when needed for maintenance, security, capacity, compliance, or business operations. We do not promise uninterrupted access to every feature.
7. Third-party services
The site may eventually use or link to third-party payment, shipping, social-media, or other services. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices.
8. Disclaimer and limitation
To the extent permitted by law, pre-launch content is provided for informational and planning purposes. Nothing on the pre-launch site should be treated as a guaranteed product, delivery date, or price until Emotia confirms the applicable order.

These terms may change as Emotia US activates real ordering, payments, delivery, and customer accounts. The current version will remain posted on this page.
